Servis on daily tours: what is included
- Route
Route is always announced by our managers and written in the contract. It should include specific stops, suggested leisure activities (meal time, swimming, water toys entertainment, etc.).
- Full meal
This will be lunch or dinner if it is a few hours tour or both if it is a full day tour. There will also be served snacks, a fruit plate and soft drinks as well.
- Crew service
Guests will always be met and accompanied in port from the transfer car to the yacht and vice versa, and assisted on board with any problems. Any guest’s wishes within the tour are our law.
- Communication support from manager
Our managers are always in touch with guests before, during, and after their tour! There is no instance where a guest message goes unanswered. We are always there even when you are at sea on the boat and we are in the office ashore.
- Safety
Since we work officially (TÜRSAB license No 12560), our guests are officially insured when they are on the boat or on the transfer we arrange. We also cooperate with official and verified partners only.
