The right questions to ask while choosing a yacht

The right questions to ask while choosing a yacht

When chartering a yacht, sometimes clients ask these WRONG questions:

“Are you sure it will be the yacht you showed me?”
“You won’t escape and the yacht will be there?”
“Will the transfer come and take us back?”
“Are you sure our money won’t go to waste?”

Instead of the above questions, ask agents these:

“Do you have a TÜRSAB licence? Can I get the licence number?”
“Where is the official contract for the sea trip service?”
“Where in the contract are the name of the yacht, its characteristics, the service provided on board, the time of the tour, the services included in the tour, the total cost of the boat trip and the amount of prepayment?”
“What is the cost of additional services on the yacht?”

If these questions are not answered, DO NOT pay for a tour from such an agent/agency. Buying a tour without answers to these questions you risk getting into the “tourist conveyor belt” and getting not the service you expect, or not getting it at all!

We do everything according to the terms and conditions spelled out in the contract, which we discussed in advance.
We work officially and openly.
We will always give you detailed answers to the RIGHT questions and fulfil everything we have stated – it is our law.
